Develop and implement office systems, configurations, and procurement of equipment to
sustain office efficiency.
Arrange and oversee the organization of records, documents, and files within the office.

Address inquiries and requests from customers, suppliers, and staff.
Generate agendas and document minutes for meetings.

Manage employee records and assist with HR-related responsibilities.
Monitor and manage expenses associated with office operations.
Oversee administrative staff and assign tasks as needed.Salary 26200.00 per year. Working 37.5 hours per week. Annual Leave 28 days
