Job Overview: As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events of varying scales and purposes. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, vision, and requirements.
    • Develop and propose event concepts, themes, and budgets.
    • Plan logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
  2. Coordination and Execution:
    • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of event setup, operation, and breakdown.
    • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Manage event timelines and schedules, making adjustments as needed.
  3. Client Management:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective services.
